At MomsBakery Consultancy, we do not issue refunds as our products are perishable food items. Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy. However, for online buyers, we may offer an exchange or replacement in certain cases. For in-store purchases, refunds or exchanges are not provided.

In exceptional cases where a product is received in a damaged condition, we may consider a refund or replacement upon verification. Customers must provide clear proof of damage, such as photographs or videos, within 24 hours of delivery.

All orders are confirmed before shipment, and once dispatched, they cannot be canceled or refunded. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
